Our lives can be changed in an instant by a number of different disasters.  From hurricanes and tornadoes to power outages and fires we are constantly reminded of this each time we watch the news. Yet, too many Americans have not taken steps to prepare.  There are simple steps each of us can do now, before an emergency happens, and minimize the impact it will have on our lives.

This September, National Preparedness Month is all about helping individuals, families, businesses and communities take action!

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Ready Campaign, and Citizen Corps for National Preparedness Month, are conducting a nationwide effort designed to encourage Americans to take simple steps to prepare for emergencies in their homes, workplace and communities. For additional information and resources, or to learn about other National Preparedness Month events, visit www.ready.gov.

In an effort to educate all businesses about the importance of continuity planning, Agility Recovery is offering free educational webinars, tools and resources throughout the month of September.

Free webinars will be available on Wednesdays at 1 p.m. CST throughout the month of September.  Visit www2.agilityrecovery.com/npm for more information or click on the topics below to register:
